TenzosGames / Privacy
Privacy, explained.
Effective date: October 9, 2026. This policy covers this website and TenzosGames mobile games that link to it.
This website has no advertising SDK, analytics tag, account registration or contact form. Games that link to this policy use advertising services from AppLovin, Meta, ironSource/Unity LevelPlay, Liftoff/Vungle, Mintegral, Pangle, Unity Ads and Kwai Ads. Depending on the game, device, region, consent and configuration, these partners may process identifiers, device and network details, app and ad interactions, approximate location and diagnostics. The sections below explain those practices and your choices.
1. Scope and who is responsible
TenzosGames (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates tenzosgames.online and publishes the mobile games that link to this policy (together, the “Services”). For the personal information we determine how to use, TenzosGames is the controller or business responsible for that processing. Our privacy contact is terencezos12@163.com.
Advertising companies may separately determine how they process information received through their technology. Their own policies also apply. A game may have an additional in-app or store disclosure where its features or SDK configuration require more detail. This policy does not mean every data category is collected in every game or from every player.
2. Information that may be processed
Information may come from your device, your use of a game, advertising SDKs, consent choices, the app store, or an email you choose to send us. Depending on the Service and settings, categories include:
- Identifiers: an IP address, IDFA or Android Advertising ID when available and permitted, app-instance or SDK identifiers, and other device identifiers.
- Device and network details: device type and model, operating system, language, app and SDK versions, carrier, connection type and similar technical details.
- Approximate location: country, region or city inferred from IP address. We do not ask for precise GPS location through this website. If a future game enables precise location, it will need a separate permission and updated disclosure.
- Game and ad activity: app launches or events, ad requests, impressions, views, clicks, reward events, installs, conversions and frequency information.
- Diagnostics and security information: errors, crashes, performance events and signals used to detect invalid traffic or fraud.
- Privacy signals: consent and opt-out selections, age-related settings and App Tracking Transparency status where applicable.
- Support messages: your email address, message, game name and any device information or attachments you voluntarily send.
This static website does not place our own analytics or advertising cookies. The hosting provider may process request logs and security data to deliver the site. We receive information you send by email.
3. Advertising SDKs and partners

4. Why information is used and disclosed
We and our partners may use relevant information to run and secure the Services; answer support requests; deliver contextual or, where permitted, personalized ads; measure impressions, clicks and conversions; limit repeated ads; understand technical performance; detect fraud and invalid traffic; record privacy preferences; and comply with law.
Information may be disclosed to the advertising partners above and their mediation, measurement and service-provider partners; hosting and platform providers needed to operate the Services; professional advisers or authorities when required by law; and a successor if the relevant business is transferred, subject to applicable law. We do not rent or sell personal information for money. Advertising disclosures for personalized or cross-context behavioral advertising may nevertheless count as a “sale” or “sharing” under some laws; see the California section.
5. GDPR and UK GDPR legal bases
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on consent for personalized advertising, advertising identifier access or device storage where required. We may rely on legitimate interests for operating and securing the Services, preventing fraud and responding to support requests, after considering your rights. A requested support service may require processing to perform a contract, and legal obligations may require some processing. A partner may identify its own legal bases in its policy. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing already lawfully carried out.
6. Advertising and consent choices
- Where required in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, an in-app consent flow should present the available ad choices before relevant SDK processing. Where offered, you can return to that flow to change or withdraw your choice.
- On iOS, the App Tracking Transparency prompt controls permission for tracking, including access to IDFA for that purpose. Declining tracking does not necessarily remove contextual ads.
- On Android, device settings may let you reset or delete the advertising ID and manage ad privacy preferences.
- Partner links above may provide additional ad preference or opt-out options. An opt-out can limit personalized advertising without removing all ads.
- For requests we can handle directly, email terencezos12@163.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject.
If an app does not show an expected consent or privacy control, contact us with the app title and your region. We will review the app’s actual setup. Website browser privacy signals do not automatically change the separate advertising settings of a mobile game.
7. Retention and international transfers
We keep support messages for as long as reasonably needed to answer a request, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal duties. Advertising partners set retention periods for information they process under their policies, settings and legal obligations. Those periods vary by data type and purpose.
Information may be processed in countries outside your country, including the United States. Where required for transfers from the EEA, UK or Switzerland, the relevant party uses an applicable mechanism such as an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK Addendum or another lawful safeguard. See each partner’s policy for its own transfer practices.
8. Rights in Europe and similar regions
Subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may have rights to information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may also have rights relating to certain solely automated decisions with significant effects. Send a request to our contact address for information we control. We may need limited details to verify your identity and locate the relevant record. You may contact a partner directly when it independently controls the data. You can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority where you live, work or believe a violation occurred.
9. California notice: CCPA and CPRA
For California residents, the following describes categories that may have been collected, disclosed or shared during the preceding 12 months to the extent a covered game operated with the relevant SDK and settings. It does not imply every category was processed in every game:
- Identifiers: IP address, advertising ID and app or device identifiers.
- Internet or electronic activity: app events, ad requests, impressions, clicks, views, conversions and diagnostics.
- Geolocation: approximate location inferred from IP address.
- Commercial information: ad engagement and purchase or reward events only if sent by a game to a partner.
- Inferences: advertising interests or profiles a partner may create when personalized ads are permitted.
- Support information: email address and the contents of a message you choose to send us.
Sources are devices, interactions with our games, consent choices, support emails, app platforms and advertising partners. Business and commercial purposes are in Section 4; recipient categories are in Sections 3 and 4. We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing device or activity information for cross-context behavioral advertising may constitute “sharing” or a “sale” under California law.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
To request an opt-out of sale or sharing that we control, email terencezos12@163.com with “Do Not Sell or Share Request”. Include the game name and enough information to identify your request, but no password, payment card or government ID. An available in-app privacy control and relevant device or partner choices may also apply. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.
California rights
Subject to law, you may request to know or access categories and specific pieces of personal information, sources, purposes and recipients; delete information; correct inaccurate information; opt out of sale or sharing; and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where that right applies. We do not intentionally use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. You or an authorized agent may email us; we may verify your identity and the agent’s authority using information reasonably necessary for that purpose.
10. Children
Unless a particular game and its store listing explicitly say otherwise, our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through support email without appropriate parental authorization. A game directed to children or known to be used by a child requires appropriate SDK age settings and restricted advertising practices. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us information so we can review and delete it where required.
11. Security and changes
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures for information we control, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. This website uses static pages and does not include our own advertising tags, analytics scripts, accounts or web forms. GitHub Pages, as host, may process technical requests and security logs under GitHub’s privacy statement.
We may update this policy if a game, SDK, configuration or legal requirement changes. The effective date above will show the latest version. Material changes will receive additional notice where required.
12. Contact and requests
For support or a privacy rights request concerning information TenzosGames controls, email terencezos12@163.com. Include the relevant game title and your region where useful. Please do not send passwords, payment details, government identifiers or other unnecessary sensitive information.
